This is a Y10 helmet Bluetooth headset, the budget motorcycle intercom-style kit that clips onto the side of a helmet. The box describes it as a "Helmet Wireless Earphone" with long battery life, waterproof and dustproof build, and noise reduction.

What's in the photo:

The main unit, with +, – and mic/call buttons, a battery indicator and a color-cycling logo light
Two flat speaker pads that sit inside the helmet over your ears
A boom mic on a flexible stalk with a foam cover
A cable with a small clip pad for routing the wires
A black mounting plate that fixes to the helmet shell, which the main unit then snaps onto
